Classes and individual programs are provided free of charge.
Lifeboats are key to dealing with times that are flooded by storms. Of course, you don’t live forever in the lifeboat. Learn the skills to communicate, manage emotions, control habits, handle responsibilities, prevent drama and move forward.
Classes and individual programs are provided free of charge for people who want or are required to learn life management skills. Training is done by an experienced mentor or facilitator with certifications that span: Clinical Pastoral Equivalency (VA), Anger Management/Domestic Violence Prevention (Court Related Services); Psychology of the Hearing Impaired (NSU)…
Trainings are for people and families who are veterans, deaf, homeless, recovering from addiction, developmentally challenged, ex-offenders and others who may be meeting court or social service program requirements, i.e., court-related community services, family reunification, pre-release, parole, etc.
Individual sessions are by appointment only. Please call 918-682-8411 to schedule your appointment with your mentor (advisor, coach) for help to manage problem areas of your life or relationships with people or the Lord.

The Ark lends support to various missions, just as we are supported by other ministries. Native American teens have the highest suicide rate in the USA. A young California couple, Robert & Regina Ornales, have taken to heart the prevention of Native American teen suicide. They work with churches in Seminole and have participated at our Coffeehouse and “All Tribes” events in Tahlequah when they are called to Oklahoma. We are coming together to stop suicide in Native American teens. Programs are currently in development. If you can help, please complete our Volunteer Form and note Native American Teens in the comments:More Veterans’ Workshops
